TV Show Plot For Partridge Family, The

The Partridge Family was about a widowed mother and her children living in a small town in Northern California. In the premiere episode, the musical family records a song together in their garage one day. Thanks to their ten year old market savvy son Danny, the song soon becomes a hit and the family goes on the road in a colorful school bus performing music across the country.

The main idea behind The Partridge Family was to contrast the family’s previous life in the suburbs with their new life in the realm of show business. The show was on the air between the years of 1970 and 1974, sharing a slot on Friday nights on ABC with The Brady Bunch. The show was also syndicated for many years.

The Partridge Family starred David Cassidy, Shirley Jones, Susan Dey, Danny Bonaduce, Jeremy Gelbwaks, Dave Madden, and Suzanne Crough.

Trivia for the TV Show Partridge Family, The
